“I ordered tamper resistant labels and although I ordered 10, I actually received 16 which was appreciated. I ordered them on the Sunday evening and they arrived on Thursday via DPD and were exactly the size I needed.
This may be my fault for not researching properly, but the tamper resistant is if you peel the label it breaks into smaller pieces so it’s obvious someone has tried to mess with it, but it doesn’t actually damage the surface/paper it was stuck to, so if you sat there long enough peeling it, there would be no proof it had ever been there, and that’s what I needed it for.
All in all though, it was quick and easy system and you just need to make sure you accept the art work proof to speed production.”

“Paid for professional proofs for two label designs. Did NOT receive any proofs. Instead, an email to notify me that the order had been processed. Also a DPD tracking number.
Labels arrived promptly. Well packaged. Good quality. Colour accurate. Best price I was able to find quickly. Friend very happy with her gift. Will use this company again but WILL want my paid-for "Professional Proof" next time. Relieved I don't need to try and communicate with this company.”

Would have marked higher but I found the website a bit clunky and the emails from the tech support does not show as “no reply” on my iPhone so some time wasted waiting for a reply which I was never going to get.
These are things that perhaps could be considered to improve the communication.
Otherwise everything was spot on.”

Thanks for the review, unfortunately this order did take way too long to produce. This was our fault, the order slip that we use for booking in the order for print was accidentally misplaced. Usual times are normally much shorter, even for custom cut labels like yours.

“Slight problem understanding how the upload worked, particularly on mobile. Ended up layering 6 different designs on top of each other rather than having 6 different designs. Raised a ticket which was answered helpfully. Raised another ticket querying when my order would arrive. It's a bit disconcerting receiving an email asking for a review before I'd received my order. Surprised to hear they ship once a week. Replies were quick and helpful. Labels good.”

DPD were the chosen delivery service and I did have an issue with them hence the four stars.
