Paid for professional proofs for two label designs. Did NOT receive any proofs. Instead, an email to notify me that the order had been processed. Also a DPD tracking number.
Labels arrived promptly. Well packaged. Good quality. Colour accurate. Best price I was able to find quickly. Friend very happy with her gift. Will use this company again but WILL want my paid-for "Professional Proof" next time. Relieved I don't need to try and communicate with this company.
