“Terrible communications. I placed an order (#852079), uploaded the artwork and paid for design review. The proof returned was really bad. I asked for a refund and the line went dead. It is now the third day since I asked for a refund. I will have to go via my bank to get my money back.”

I've just checked your delivery, it looks like DPD attempted delivery but failed. It looks like it's been rescheduled for the 18th Dec. I've researched the image that they took of the address they tried to deliver to and it was just around the corner from you, number 35. I've added to the notes that they attempted the incorrect address last time.
I hope that helps, please use the messaging system in your account if you don't receive it by the end of the 18th.

“When the product eventaully arrives, its perfect! 5 stars for quality! But there is just no ignoring the fact it took a full month to arrive after ordering. I desperately want to continue using Stickythings because the quality is that good! I doubt the quality could be matched if I go elsewhere. But i just cannot be waiting a month for an order to arrive. 4 or 5 days late, fair enough, I can appreciate you may be busy. 30 days late? (24 business days) It's just not sustainable for me to continue using Stickythings. I will try to continue using Stickythings, but only when I can afford to wait months, which will be rare I imagine.”
“Received order but barcodes don't scan. Used the online creator tool on their website so not our fault. Sent polite message asking if any way they can help resolve this, no reply. You can't ring them, phoneline dead, so no way of contacting other than through a message via their website. Wish I had checked reviews before using this company.”

I tried reaching out on Instagram, Support and even opened an account with them so I could reach them. The worst business I have to deal with. It gave me so much stress and worry. “Nearly 8 months on, and i still haven't received my labels. When I queried this with them 1-2 weeks afterwards they insisted that I was in a queue, a follow-up a few weeks later led to the same response. Extremely poor that it has got to this stage where so frustrated was I that I forgot about things, having lost the money i paid (with customers not receiving their goods branded) and now remembering it all on this request for feedback. Oh the irony. Entirely and completely dissatisfied. Avoid them like the plague.”

“We always review companies we work with honestly. We needed a quick turnaround, so we used Sticky Things as the website states quick turnaround and as USP. After a few days, we had not received our order, so I messaged them. Vicky was extremely helpful and told me the order would be out the next day. It didn't arrive. I messaged again, and Vicky told me there had been a printing issue and that my order would be with me on a Saturday delivery. It didn't arrive. I messaged again after the weekend expressing my disappointment asking if I could have the order or a refund. It's now been 11 working days since my original order and I have heard nothing since I asked for a refund. - Real shame as other reviews seem to be positive.”
