“We always review companies we work with honestly. We needed a quick turnaround, so we used Sticky Things as the website states quick turnaround and as USP. After a few days, we had not received our order, so I messaged them. Vicky was extremely helpful and told me the order would be out the next day. It didn't arrive. I messaged again, and Vicky told me there had been a printing issue and that my order would be with me on a Saturday delivery. It didn't arrive. I messaged again after the weekend expressing my disappointment asking if I could have the order or a refund. It's now been 11 working days since my original order and I have heard nothing since I asked for a refund. - Real shame as other reviews seem to be positive.”
“First of i have waited a month to get the stickers. No communication was initiated by Stickythings, I had to chase where the stickers were. I haven't got any update, untill I didn't ask. I haven't got any offer either for this extreme long waiting time.
I have got the stickers finally, which aren't stickers, just a piece of vinyl for £65 waiting over a month.
When I asked refund on the item, I have been told, I have got what I ordered, so there is no refund.
I reviewed the order, it was window sticker, I have never ticked the box to get statistics vinyl as the order shows too. I guess it was automaticly added to the order, which is also misleading as they advertise it as window sticker....”

“Easy to use interface to design my labels. Great quality on arrival. And easy to contact to confirm delivery (and they very kindly expedited my order to meet an event deadline). Would use again without a second thought and highly recommend!”
“Lovely quality, really pleased with what I received. Only thing I found confusing was the quantity option. I uploaded 13 different files, and the website asked me for a quantity. I thought this was a quantity for each upload so I chose 100 as I needed 100 of each. What I didn’t realise was that quantity box was for the total amount of stickers, so all of my 26 uploads were equally distributed across the total, so I only ended up with about 3 of each. I think that needs to be clearer.”
