The online ordering system for custom labels (with self-provided artwork) was easy to use. I like how there's a tracker showing where my order is in the queue. The printed custom stickers are of good quality and matched the specifications at the time of ordering. DPD delivery was reliable.
The turnover time was 7 working days, a bit longer than I had hoped for, but I understand that's what they promised for periods with a surge of orders. Would be great if their capacity can be increased --- I'll love them more!
