I sent many many messages and only received one message back after waiting over a week for a response. The fact that you only offer one way to pay is ridiculous! Instead of offering to help me at all or look in to the issue on your website I was told by your agent to go though PayPal because the problem was with them. No further assistance was or informed was given. I have worked in customer service for many years, as an website offering a service your staff should be trained and able to look in to an issue, help facilitate communication between your company and any and all other parties that may need to be included in order to offer the best service possible to your customers, none of the above was done. I got a figure it out for yourself answer regarding my issue and that is just not right. Also I think you should offer more then one way contact someone in your customer service department and definitely more then one way to pay. I was terribly disappointed with my experience after reading so many good reviews, I could not believe the terrible service I received
