I recently bought a dress from stillwhite. My seller was lovely and very helpful, she sent the dress in good time and it arrived like new as described. My only gripe about this website is the lack of warning about additional fees to pay to get the dress through customs. When my dress arrived from America to the UK, I was asked to pay £300 in customs VAT and import duty. While the website does have a link explaining this on their help page, there is no pre warning before buying a dress. As I bought the dress without reading every link on their help page this cost was incurred completely unexpectedly. An automated email informing customers of this when being sent the pay request would have been much appreciated especially considering this was a huge additional cost that was added to the dress.
