They put your message to the seller on hold for an hour to make sure you're not spam and then the seller has the option to send you a buy now button or not. Payments are handled through PayPal and I felt very secure about the whole process which can sometimes feel difficult when you're purchasing something online, especially something that's as big of a deal as your wedding dress. They have tons of filters that can narrow your search and they have so many beautiful dresses to choose from ranging from super unique to classic. I searched literally everywhere for my perfect dress, even vintage resale, and I liked things but did not find the dress that I was absolutely in love with until I found it on Stillwhite.
