Stillwhite's website was very easy to use, as was the chat-like format for communicating with sellers. I was able to find the exact dress I was looking for at a reduced cost, and the seller was able to get most of her money back on a dress that she could not wear due to COVID. It felt like a win-win. Had it not worked out, it seemed like there were a lot of other nice options to choose from as well.
