My daughter returned 2 T shirts to a Lynmall branch for a refund. And she received a voucher for one. So I rang the store and was served by a very helpful girl. I rang and emailed the refund office and half an hour later my girl received the second voucher. Thank you to the young lady who served us over the phone, she was very kind and helpful Great customer service, we will be buying from your store again.
