“I found the product knowledge, customer service & product range at Sterling Sport Bayfair, Mount Maunganui to be of an exceptionally high standard. I was served by Jordan who was very polite, welcoming & exceptionally patient, whilst I tried on almost all of the female training shoes in the store. He was also very receptive when I returned two days later to swap my purchase for a smaller size. Nothing was too much trouble, which resulted in me buying two pairs of footwear! Definitely recommend Sterling Sports in Bayfair, M.Maunganui.”

“Bought shoes for Boxing day sales. Never got an email about dispatch. Had to go to a physical shop for them to contact Head office. Got an email shortly after that item was sold out in that size and a refund had been made. I sent numerous emails wanting to get a different size for same sale price. Never got a reply. Useless. They are happy enough to send me several advertising emails every week. I will never buy from them again.”

If it doesn't fit,you will loose your money.
Never buy a gift for anyone.
If he or she doesn't like it ,there is no refund or exchange unless you have paid full price.

“So disappointed with Stirling Sports! I always shop here. I purchased a sweatshirt from here on Thursday and got it Friday. Only to find it was a lot more cropped than what it looked on the website. I don’t suit cropped at all and don’t like. I went in the store today to get a refund, only to hear your policy has changed and I am unable to get a refund on this because it was on sale. “My daughter returned 2 T shirts to a Lynmall branch for a refund. And she received a voucher for one. So I rang the store and was served by a very helpful girl. I rang and emailed the refund office and half an hour later my girl received the second voucher. Thank you to the young lady who served us over the phone, she was very kind and helpful Great customer service, we will be buying from your store again.”

The cap got damaged and now we are still waiting for replacement.
