Simply terrible service never buying from them again. We were happy to swap size but they won't budge. Dicks.”

I don’t suit cropped at all and don’t like. I went in the store today to get a refund, only to hear your policy has changed and I am unable to get a refund on this because it was on sale. “My daughter returned 2 T shirts to a Lynmall branch for a refund. And she received a voucher for one. So I rang the store and was served by a very helpful girl. I rang and emailed the refund office and half an hour later my girl received the second voucher. Thank you to the young lady who served us over the phone, she was very kind and helpful Great customer service, we will be buying from your store again.”
“I ordered a very expensive cap and they shipped it in a plastic courier bag.
The cap got damaged and now we are still waiting for replacement.
How can they not send it in a box?”

“Do not buy anything online...if you get wrong item or do not like what you received they do not credit the card you paid with BUT give you a credit voucher. I took a parcel to Sylvia Park Store and advised of this. I will be investigating this with NZ consumer act!”

“Every time I go into the Sylvia Park store there are never any prices on their stock. When I asked the sales assistant she agreed with me and said it's something they are working on. She made an excuse about it taking a lot of time to generate pricing stickers which made me laugh as all other stores seem to manage it.
I wonder how many customers they will loose who simply walk out when they can't find a price or no one is free to ask.”
