Got an email shortly after that item was sold out in that size and a refund had been made. I sent numerous emails wanting to get a different size for same sale price. Never got a reply. Useless. “Every time I go into the Sylvia Park store there are never any prices on their stock. When I asked the sales assistant she agreed with me and said it's something they are working on. She made an excuse about it taking a lot of time to generate pricing stickers which made me laugh as all other stores seem to manage it.

Coming from a foreign country where there's always half inch for any shoe size. Only to find there's none in this country as I am 11 and a half inch.
Sent a message regarding this issue only got an useless unhelpful answer from this girl named Maddie.
After messaging a bit more only to find she ignored my message but had opened and read it but still no reply for almost a week.
Desperately needed a shoe as my shoes were torn and broken I went and bought a 12 inch just to find it was way too big.
Trying to learn the process of their shoe exchange only to find that my message was opened but ignored yet again until I got a bit mad and showed a bit hostility considered they were wasting my time.
Got a response from a girl named Emma who did not apologise for wasting a customer's time rather she had the nerve of steel to threaten me that my anger was not justified and if I continue they will refuse to help me like F OFF!!!
Do you even know how customer service work??? I've worked in this field had customer screamed at me cause he couldn't wait for a min to get his ice cream or being called racial slurr because I can't provide free power due to being a long time customer etc.
