I found the product knowledge, customer service & product range at Sterling Sport Bayfair, Mount Maunganui to be of an exceptionally high standard. I was served by Jordan who was very polite, welcoming & exceptionally patient, whilst I tried on almost all of the female training shoes in the store. He was also very receptive when I returned two days later to swap my purchase for a smaller size. Nothing was too much trouble, which resulted in me buying two pairs of footwear! Definitely recommend Sterling Sports in Bayfair, M.Maunganui.
