Customer service is appalling! It’s obvious no team members communicate with each other.
It’s been nearly a month and I’m still waiting for a refund.
Didn’t receive my order from courier, have done nothing to help chase up the order. What a nightmare of a company! Numerous emails sent and the responses as ridiculous, again it’s obvious they have no logging system as no emails correspond correctly with previous and no phone conversations are logged.
Would never order again from this company!
