I took a days leave for DPD to collect and they didn't.

“Very poor service from this company. Ordered a laptop, they sent the wrong model out so I called them and got through straight away. Agent said he'd send out a label which so far hasn't arrived after 8 days. I was told that they have the particular model I ordered still in stock (even though it's not visible on their storefront). Called up 1 week after my initial call and was on hold for nearly 2 hours, got to number 1 in the queue and it went to a voice mail. Left a message with order number details, went on to their website and also left a complaint email. As yet not heard anything back. I've called them for 3 days consecutively and the waiting time is just ridiculous, if you're number 5 in the queue then forget it, just hang up it's around an hour's wait. It seems like they only have one person answering the phones as it takes them 10 - 20 minutes for the (annoying) call counter to change your queue position.
Very reluctant to send back the item now after reading some of the other stories here... I've no trust that I'll a) receive the product ordered OR b) will get any sort of a refund. Would be more than happy for this review website to share this with SMG if it will resolve my situation.”
