I ordered a vacuum cleaner correctly advertised as pristine condition. It looked brand new. Sadly some of the attachments were missing. I raised a refund request with eBay and this was responded to very quickly, with a returns label emailed within days. Shortly after I had returned the vacuum my bank account was debited with a refund.
I was kept updated throughout the process so, although the item ordered wasnt right, 5* for the overall handling of it.
