I've been trying to get hold of this company for the past couple weeks but the waiting time to speak to someone is exhausting.
I've currently on the phone while I type this email out and have been 4th in the queue for the past 35 minutes. Also the hold voice over that states your position in the queue is annoying as she is keeps repeating the position every 5 seconds.
