I Filed A Complaint To Bitsolutionrecovery.com To Get My Funds Back.
You can purchase and deposit cryptocurrencies on the website, but you are unable to send or withdraw them. Instead, all that is displayed is an error notice with a customer care contact link.
The problem is that there is not one; live chat is not working, emails are not getting returned, etc.
My money is being held ransom by them at the moment. Dealing with this company should be avoided.
