MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN IN TRANSIT FOR OVER A WEEK, now there is a UPS delay.
I understand that is a UPS issue, however not when they charged me $25 shipping and sent it the cheapest slowest way possible, i work with UPS everyday and i know the rates especially for bigger companies who get special rates, for $25 at least have the decency to ship 2nd or even 3rd day signature required.
