shocking customer service- ordered adn £800 pair of lost and found jordans and they never arrived. Had to fill an affidavit to log with stockx policy. Got told by customer service to redo on 5 occassions, did this. Since then no response.. still waiting for refund or the product I purchased. Chargeback has been issued now. THIS Company has zero liability when something goes wrong.
