We purchased a pair of sneakers for our daughter, size was too small, they wouldn’t take them back and required us to resell them on their site - they keep a huge fee. We sold them and they refused to give us our payout claiming that we didn’t have an official UPS dropoff receipt - even though we provided them with a proof of delivery to the buyer.
