StockX refuse to give refunds after selling second hand goods. The company hides behinds its “authenticity checks” which is as a scam in itself. I have received poor quality items that shouldn’t have passed or some that are clearly used. Avoid StockX and buy on eBay instead.
Just check TrustPilot and you will see how bad this company is. Don’t buy anything from these cowboys.
There customer support is awful, feels intentionally awful.
