I accidentally ordered the same product twice (because their shopping cart experience is poorly designed and did not verify that I had successfully made the first purchase).
This would have been fine except there are no returns or cancellations. I attempted to cancel the order immediately after it was made.
I then found on their FAQ page that this is an actual policy, which is just INSANE.
There was no customer service or contact option, and my email inquiry was never returned.
Very disappointing.
