I received fabulous service. I have ordered several products. I miss ordered a jacket due to an Internet advert being slightly misleading not the fault of the company I used to add and this was quickly resolved in a very dignified way by one phone call. The jacket is absolutely wonderful as are they water and windproof gloves and they have enhance my experience of writing considerably. Thank you so much. I only wish I could get another one but you’re out of stock!
