Absolutely, terrible customer service from Stoneisland.com. 3 times I sent emails regarding purchases made and customer service was impersonal and treated if I was insignificant and never answered my questions. I just received generic email reply. Also, twice I had to follow up with them to get correct refund amount after returning items that were too big/small. Very disappointing and will not be shopping here again :(
