Hi , I very upset , I have crazy experience with website stoneisland.com. I think they block me , cause I can’t entery on website. I spend a lot of money on this brand . And i try create 2 account cause when i living in NL i buy items here , when i back to Fr I buy there , like in endcloth you change the country. I spend 6000€ in store in Amsterdam last time , , I am client of stone island . And it’s very shame that you blocked my account . + when the supreme drop was on website I see info that need create new account for entry -I created an account because mine doesn’t work, so I can’t buy items because everything is mixed up. They just can’t understand that I’m their client. I'm not spam or a bot. This how you treat your client .

Purchased a pair of pants in Rome while travelling through Europe. When I got home I washed them according to the instructions on the label and they ended up shrinking to the point where they are uncomfortable to wear. Contacted their customer service department, which takes them forever to respond. Was asked to send photos of the pants, not sure how that would help them but I did. Then they get back to me saying that if you wash according to instructions they should be fine and that there is nothing more they can do for me. Wasn't happy with that response wrote back to them and their next response is if I want to ship them back to Italy they will look at them. So now not only am I out $450 for the pants I will be out the shipping cost to send from Canada to Italy only for them to come back and say their is nothing wrong, like who are you fooling. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, I asked for them to do an exchange and that wasn't even responded to. Will NEVER purchase from them again. BUYER BE WARE

Do not order direct from Stone Island I love the stone island brand and clothing but have always bought their products from other retailers, never direct. Recently i ordered a new coat and went direct with them. Unfortunately the zip is faulty - fair enough but the customer service around getting this back and replaced or fixed is an absolute joke. Really bad customer service via email - absolutely shocking to be honest. They are also unable to replace the item instead will be doing a refund and i will have to re-order. The whole process is likely going to take a couple of weeks !! Their compensation was to give me a voucher code for free standard shipping - which is already free on their website. Please do not order direct from them - if anything goes wrong you will have such a bad experience. Just go to one of the other retailers that are selling their products.

Having received my order 2 days late after paying for Saturday delivery the top was too small so I requested a refund. Dpd picked up the parcel and after being in transit for over a week I received the parcel back from dpd with no explanation. By this time the 14 day return term had just expired. Having emailed stone island and explaining the circumstances I thought the issue would be easily resolved, however I was bluntly told I wouldn’t receive a refund. Im now stuck with a &200 top I can never use. I’m shocked and disappointed having been a loyal customer for years. I won’t use again and wouldn’t recommend.

Absolutely, terrible customer service from Stoneisland.com. 3 times I sent emails regarding purchases made and customer service was impersonal and treated if I was insignificant and never answered my questions. I just received generic email reply. Also, twice I had to follow up with them to get correct refund amount after returning items that were too big/small. Very disappointing and will not be shopping here again :(

awful customer service. they only deal with email, no option to talk to a person. the reps who answer don't listen to what you say, just say the policy without any empathy. completely turned off from the company.

Wasahed my Jumper in Handwash as instructed- and it shrunk - unwearable now and i paid a fortune - one wear that is all I got one wear and then I followed the instructions and the customer service do not care - what a waste of money and they don't care - never again. Heartbroken in Dublin

Staff were very friendly, they were very customer focussed and were actually very funny. I spent a lot of money in the shop but don't regret it.
