Having received my order 2 days late after paying for Saturday delivery the top was too small so I requested a refund. Dpd picked up the parcel and after being in transit for over a week I received the parcel back from dpd with no explanation. By this time the 14 day return term had just expired. Having emailed stone island and explaining the circumstances I thought the issue would be easily resolved, however I was bluntly told I wouldn’t receive a refund. Im now stuck with a &200 top I can never use. I’m shocked and disappointed having been a loyal customer for years. I won’t use again and wouldn’t recommend.
