This company has no regard for their loyal customers. They lie through their teeth, they do not read your emails, they offer terrible customer service with non-existent after-sales support.
The quality of the products have decreased in recent years.
I have been wearing their clothing for 28 years, I spend thousands on their products every year and they have no respect nor regard for missing parcels and poor quality.
They cannot even provide UPS with the full address and couldn’t care less when you bring this to their attention.
