I placed a order in December 2024, I have emailed numerous times and have been told my order would be with me in 4-5 working days but I never received it. Response to my last email was slow and I cannot find any other way of contacting them. They have now cancelled my order and said I will receive my refund on 3-10 days…. But upon reading other reviews I’m dubious as to wether I am going to receive my refund. I never complain and am a very patient person. I will never buy from this company again and would not advise anyone else to either.
