“Ordered a backpack from them on the 23rd of September with latest expected delivery on the 30th. Didn't hear anything from them and so emailed to say I haven't received anything. They said they were having some issues but hopefully will have a delivery date soon. Two and a half weeks later im told there is still an issue and they don't know when I will be able to receive my product but when I go on the website I can still order said bag and have it delivered within 3-5 working days, yet im still waiting for one ordered nearly a month ago.
There is no way to call customer service. The delivery dates of 3-5 working days must be about their customer service because that is how long it takes for them to get back to you and when they do it is to say sorry there is further delay with no answer to questions or anything helpful.
Avoid this website at all costs, terrible communication and they just take your money and don't give you a product in return”
“Have had the same experience of the guys in the previous reviews. I ordered some items on 27th of July and have been waiting for 2.5 months waiting for 3 items I ordered that were in the sale.
I wrote 3 times asking where my items were only to be told “oh sorry they haven’t arrived in our warehouse and there is a delay , will be in touch with an update “ no update came after numerous e mails.
The final e mail I was offered a refund which I declined as I wanted to wait for the products. A few days ago I checked the website and all the items I ordered were showing as being in stock , along with the quantity of each item in stock. I sent a screenshot of this to Jack who today issued a refund even though the items are in stock and I had clearly stated that I wanted the items and not a refund.
I get the feeling that they made a mistake on the original sale prices and didn’t want to honour the sale so kept me waiting it out instead. Will never order from the place again.

“Absolutely awful. Do not give these people your money. My order still hasn't been fulfilled a month and a half after placing it. I have sent many emails and had only one reply at the very start saying they were having trouble getting the stock. Since then, nothing. Not even going to try getting my money back as, going by other reviews, it's a waste of time. AVOID.”

“Faulty item. Asked for a replacement/refund in December 2023. Was told they'd send a replacement. It's now almost June 2024. They're ignoring emails and still haven't replaced the item or refunded us.

I returned an item at the beginning of August, a week later doubled checked my bank account and my money wasn’t returned so got in touch via email.
I immediately got a reply saying it would take ten working days, from when they receive the item to get a full refund…
and 12 days after that emailed was sent from them I still never got my refund.
So I had to email again!!
and provided receipts from Royal Mail as proof,
and here we are in September 4th and finally I got my money back.
