“Very unprofessional experience with this company!
I returned an item at the beginning of August, a week later doubled checked my bank account and my money wasn’t returned so got in touch via email.
I immediately got a reply saying it would take ten working days, from when they receive the item to get a full refund…
and 12 days after that emailed was sent from them I still never got my refund.
So I had to email again!!
and provided receipts from Royal Mail as proof,
and here we are in September 4th and finally I got my money back.
Mind you I didn’t get an email to apologise for the delay and a refund was being processed! horrible costumer service.”
