Online store has really bad customer service. They sent me another item instead of what I bought and they held me to ransom over returning their item. Had to ask for an apology, spoke to management and still had to sent their item back first. It's policy, it's policy they kept saying. I said it's your mistake, it's your mistake put the customer first!! They didn't, typical Glazer organisation!!!
