“This is the 2nd time I have placed an order here and EXACTLY the same thing happened on both occasions.
Ordered 2 full kits on 16/11/23. Here we are 3 weeks on and I currently have 2 pairs of socks and 1 pair of shorts, no tops.
I have been on to live chat twice and they simply copy and paste answers back to you.I haven't even came clost to getting an idea when the balances will arrive.
The assistant I chatted with today had a terrible attitude but to be fair going by the reviews on here they probably have a difficult time.
Anyway as Xmas is approaching I decided to cancel the balances and try and pick up the missing stuff elsewhere but unfortunately this has to be approved by another team so they will basically "see what they can do"
Please think twice before placing an order with this lot as I'm fairly sure you will regret it.”

Had to ask for an apology, spoke to management and still had to sent their item back first. It's policy, it's policy they kept saying.
