I ordered a pair of Raven gloves for a writing friend who then let slip that she coveted the Dracula ones, but Storiarts dealt with the exchange with grace and sweetness, sending out the Dracula ones in time for Christmas. Very happy with the service, and the gift’s recipient posted a photo on social media so I guess she was delighted, too! Oh, and the scarf? That was for me. :)
