I ordered these gloves with gift wrap and was upset that the image of the gift wrap was a box, but I got the gloves in tissue paper. I included this information in a review and Storiarts immediately sought to identify why I had expected a box (based on the image) and remedy the confusion. They also immediately refunded the cost of the gift wrap, which I completely didn't expect or ask for. I'll definitely be coming back to this site for more literary inspired gear. Thanks!
