Customer service is non existent, fitters did not show up as planned with an excuse that the windows had been rejected by quality control which turned out to be a lie.
The next fitting went ahead but the hinges were faulty and still are, the bay window had been measured wrong and was sent back. No further contact was heard from stormclad.
23/02/24 JUST FOUND OUT STORMCLAD HAS GONE INTO ADMINISTRATION.
