STORY BOARDS CHARGED the correct PROMO amount the first time. But without any notice, they charged me $29.99 the second time, when in fact, I didn't order anymore items. They never replied to all my email inquiries and REQUEST for REFUND, nor phone calls/conversation, chats. I asked then to send me the ADDRESS where I can return their TILES/Photos that I received and keeps falling OFF THE WALL and the pictures are NOT sharp and vivid. They are of INFERIOR quality compared to the 15 Tile/Photos I have ordered from CVS 5 years ago, and they do NOT fall off our walls. I am still waiting for my REFUND today, after 3 months of waiting.
