“As others have noted I was also blindsided by the $40 charge on my account because I failed to see the VIP Membership button which was automatically turned on. I just got my storyboards today and they are not what I expected. For one I didn’t know that they would come on a foam as opposed to being metal templates, the quality of the photos are not good and I thought they would come with magnets not cheap double sided tape. The 5 that I got for $20 are barely worth the items so they’re especially not worth $60!”

“Same as every other review. I thought I was getting 3 boards for $11. I didn't know about the SCAM at checkout where you had to check a box in order to NOT be charged $30 a month. I happened to find these charges when looking for something else in my bank statement. Shame on you.”

“After my purchase in February they billed me every month for four months and I called my bank on another charge and in conversation I discovered this mess. I will not purchase from them again!”

“Reject the VIP membership, by all means even if they tell you it is 90% off ... Please feel free to decline the VIP membership; this service is quite questionable.”

“Terrible customer service! I ordered my pictures and was unaware that they were charging me for VIP membership which I did NOT SIGN UP FOR. Very shady company I'll never order from the again. It's also not easy to cancel either. Stopped payment through my card . That was the only way to cancel.”

“In error I checked out and pressed the VIP membership button. My order consisted of 3 tiles that I wanted to give my Goddaughter being here mother just died. The tiles were of the deceased, goddaughter, and grandson. Instead of this company understanding or considering my error this is what I received via email! Audrey, Thanks for getting back to us! I want to clarify that we offer both VIP and non-VIP member options at checkout so that our customers have the flexibility to choose what works best for them. I have gone ahead and canceled both your order and VIP membership, as well as refunded your payment. Please allow 5-10 days for the refunded amount to appear back in your account. “I love the story boards I received. I read the options and chose to pay the one time price vs the membership. I thought it was very clear the two options. I actually got 2 of the 25 boards I ordered and they were dark so I told them and they happily replaced them with different pictures for me. I will be buying more from them.”

“Storyboard is a real scam They scam me out of my money and didn’t send my order. They stated 3 of my photos were not legible so I sent them 3 more. I realize they charged me an extra $32 and said it was a membership fee. Who in the he-__ would pay a membership fee for photos. I told them I did not sign up for a membership, they screenshot me some junk as if I’m stupid. They told me they would cancel the membership but I had to at least pay for this month or they will cancel my order. That’s a shame and a scam. I reported them to my bank and also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. They have some bad reviews and they photos don’t even look professional. Walgreens, Sam’s or other pharmacies do a BETTER JOB THAN THAT!!!!”

“Do not buy from these scammers. They scam everyone and try and get $29 a month for a membership fee. Who in their right mind would pay $29 membership fee for photos.NO ONE. I contacted my bank and I’m also calling BBB. These scammers need to be STOPPED!!!!”

“Storyboards scams you. They have hidden fees and are very dishonestly. They get you to accidentally sign up for memberships where you are charged monthly. If you don’t catch the mistake it could be months were they charge you. I was charged $180 until I noticed. When I reached out they gave me 1 month refund. I would never shop at storyboards.”

“Shipping is slow at best ! Order had to be split..They ship via USPS which is extra slow. Shipping label created on the 8th and carrier doesn't have possession of my order on the 11th. Cant reach anyone via phone just email..Good Luck or be patient!”

“They entice you ru their 3 tiles for $11.99 But then apply a monthly $30 vio membership. You need to cancel before the trial ends .I tried to cancel but I got an error because in process .they charged me one month.they won't refund me .I received those three tiles today took over a week . They use some sort of foam under the picture .very light and cheap looking .worst product I have seen .I tried mixtiles ,another website based photo print .way way way better ! Stay clear .from story boards truly ..”
