They scam you into purchasing monthly subscriptions. They had me signed up for 3 subscriptions in their VIP program PER MONTH at $29.99 each!!
No one needs that for digital picture production. By the time I caught it, I was in the hole for $720! They would only credit me for one month per subscription.
