I purchased the Venty for around 400 dollars. It seemed okay the first week, shortly after it began to overheat when I would use. I reached out to customer service for a refund and they told me all purchases are final. That would more understandable if this wasn't priced as a premium product. This was a huge waste of money and the customer service is unacceptable.
