Order went through even tough item was not on stock.
I wrote emails, I wrote on Facebook no answer.
I called them and when I did manage to get through, they were unable to give me an ETA of when will the product be back in stock. I paid them hundres and hundres of euros and their services are more than lacking.
Shame on you Storz & Bickel!
