The process was quite smooth. I received the email with a code when the package arrived, went to the pick-up location, and 2 minutes later was walking out with my box. It was swift and I really appreciate the ability to send things to a secure location, as I’ve had multiple packages stolen from my home address lately. I’ll use it again!
