“Smooth pickup from a friendly local retailer!!. I have read a few negative reviews so i was a little worried at first but i received prompt delivery confirmation and the pick up experience was quick and easy as well, no complaints”

“He tried not to give me my package He told me its not here come back tomorrow then he later found it behind the counter. Makes me scared to finish order the rest of my packages. And the last time they stole my package. Be careful he will be rude to you and will refuse to give you your package.”

“They didn’t send me an email that it had arrived, but I got one from the delivery carier. When I came in to pick up my parcel they told me it wasn’t there and that they couldn’t help me. I insisted that they searched for it but they weren’t too happy with that. That is when I saw my parcel lying there. They gave it in the end. However I had another one that they didn’t want to look for and I had to come back the next day since they had no time to look at that moment. The next day, the same thing happened. And when I gor angey they finally went to the back to look for it. Really bad service!!”
