“Safe package storage and seamless pick up! Customer service live chat was also super helpful with questions prior to booking. Love that they store up to 7 days vs the lockers which are only 72 hours. Perfect to use when traveling and you don’t have a doorman!”

“Very good experience with stowfly. Was visiting NYC as a tourist from The Netherlands and wanted some shirts that were only sold online. Had them shipped to a stowfly pick up point near my hotel. Everithing went smooth”

“my location said they would stop accepting packages the day my package was scheduled to arrive. caused panic and chaos, as I was frantically trying to call amazon, the shipper, fedex, and the location. horrible experience with stowfly.”

“I tried to use it to buy a little over 2k video camera since my roommate once got stolen his camera lens at home address delivery. I picked up the nearest location and it looked like a good idea, however it turned out that stowfly location was closed and they didn't update the information for about a month. So UPS tried 3 times delivery and it failed, then UPS was trying to ship it back. In the end, I had to call multiple UPS locations and the original sender to decide to change the shipping to my home address. It was a very confusing process and had to spend a whole day to figure it out. I asked customer service for a refund but they rejected it, I thought it was not right to think of the time I spent to solve the situation also potentially I've lost 2k item if that was left at the closed store. Service is a good idea but felt very insecure.”
