“My package was never put into the system and ID was needed and had to go all the way back for an ID, not happy about the process.”

“Not great. The guy who was supposed to retrieve my package up on picking it up.. had absolutely no idea what I was talking about, or what stow fly was.. or how to like navigate obtaining my package. It was a round about back and fourth for a good 20 mins.”

“I received a misleading email from Stowfly confirming that my package arrived at the Stowfly location in the morning, but when I called the store to confirm they stated had not yet arrived. After 6 hours later my amazon and USPS tracking number confirmed the delivery”
