Don't use this service. I had two packages from different companies that showed up and everything was fine. However, the third package never arrived, and Stowfly took no responsibility. The location could never find it, despite massive efforts on my part, even searching nearby buildings. USPS said it was delivered and washed their hands of it too, after investigation. Stowfly suggested they could help, but I sent dozens of emails to them over 6 months or so. Every time they said they would send it to their insurance team or similar, and I wouldn't hear from them for a month or two, only continuing the discussion when I finally prompted them again. Essentially they are a scam, and I am certain have absolutely no intention of helping anyone if anything goes wrong. Stowfly even lied, stating that the owners of the store had gone to the building next door to see if the package was there. The owners are legendarily grumpy, and would absolutely never do anything of the sort. It is a locked residential building anyway, and I had to wait an hour for someone to come out of it so that I could even check for the package. No way the convenience store people did that. Their care factor is zero, but probably still higher than Stowfly's. Avoid this company and find another way of sorting it your packages. I am the one who lost money, and didn't get my goods, and despite Stowfly supposedly having insurance, they simply washed their hands of any responsibility, as did everyone else. I'm sure Stowfly will reply, making a show of how I could contact them for some resolution, but I am long past believing anything that they say.

The guy at the store at the pickup location was extremely rude. Whether I use this again will be dependent on whether the drop can be at another store

I am from Europe and had to order something. Because of this, I paid Maria Begonnia Stowfly in Las Vegas. I‘ve got a message, that my package is delivered on Friday. I went all the way to her (2 hours) and the store was closed before the closing time. When I arrived at Marias on Saturday, she said my package is not here. I saw a package behind her that looked just like mine would look like. I asked her, if she would check this. „No. I only have a package for Peter.“ She said she was on vacation, a thing i would like to have known before booking her service for the same time. She took the payment, but did not inform me about her abscence. I had to take a flight back home on Monday. Maria offered me the possibility to send me my package to Europe and there won‘t be extra cost. I just have to pay $40 to get my package, that already layed behind her. On Sunday I got another Mail, saying my package arrived. I‘ve got the Mail around 2 pm and it said it arrived at 5pm. Durring to the fact, that the post office was closed on Sunday (like Maria herself said to me), she just was to lazy to give me my package or wanted the extra money. Would not recommend it. This Service is not worth a single penny. Had to drive there 3 times to get my package, while my package just laid down behind the woman.

my location said they would stop accepting packages the day my package was scheduled to arrive. caused panic and chaos, as I was frantically trying to call amazon, the shipper, fedex, and the location. horrible experience with stowfly.

I tried to use it to buy a little over 2k video camera since my roommate once got stolen his camera lens at home address delivery. I picked up the nearest location and it looked like a good idea, however it turned out that stowfly location was closed and they didn't update the information for about a month. So UPS tried 3 times delivery and it failed, then UPS was trying to ship it back. In the end, I had to call multiple UPS locations and the original sender to decide to change the shipping to my home address. It was a very confusing process and had to spend a whole day to figure it out. I asked customer service for a refund but they rejected it, I thought it was not right to think of the time I spent to solve the situation also potentially I've lost 2k item if that was left at the closed store. Service is a good idea but felt very insecure.

I had a really bad experience with Stowfly, because: 1. The location I chose to collect my package (Mindwarehouse Miami) was closed on saturdays. The email I received didn't specify the attention schedule (although it said I could "collect my package at my own convinient time within the next 7 days"), which is a critical mistake since I was on transit in Miami and I had only that day to pickup my package. 2. The building where Mindwarehouse is located has high security, it requires passwords at the entrance of the building and the elevators! passwords that were not specified in the confirmation email. Theres no intercom or front desk in the building. I was very lucky that one woman inside the building let me pass, and that another woman from an office next door went to the first floor let me go to the 8th floor. Also that same woman had credentials to access the warehouse and their system to deliver packages. That same woman that saved my day told me that she told Stowfly many times that they had to include attention schedules and more directions in their emails but that they said they were perfectly fine. In summary it was a terrible experience that only ended well thanks to luck. Stowfky has to improve their emails and chose better locations.

This location refused to give me package because i miss spelled my last name on my package. Stowfly policy says you only need code this was absolutely ridiculous.

Incredibly shady service. The pickup place was fine but stowfly themselves have poor customer support, subscription controls, and communication.

A good concept but poorly executed, many of the stonefly locations are not suitable for package deliveries and are retail businesses, quite unprofessional, box’s sitting around the place, one of my orders was delivered next door because the location was closed and then went missing, don’t waste your time or energy
