I tried to use it to buy a little over 2k video camera since my roommate once got stolen his camera lens at home address delivery. I picked up the nearest location and it looked like a good idea, however it turned out that stowfly location was closed and they didn't update the information for about a month.
So UPS tried 3 times delivery and it failed, then UPS was trying to ship it back. In the end, I had to call multiple UPS locations and the original sender to decide to change the shipping to my home address. It was a very confusing process and had to spend a whole day to figure it out.
I asked customer service for a refund but they rejected it, I thought it was not right to think of the time I spent to solve the situation also potentially I've lost 2k item if that was left at the closed store.
Service is a good idea but felt very insecure.
