“The customer service is great, and although there was some confusion from the receiver's end on the delivery, they were amazing to deal with and StowFly was excellent at following up with them and straightening things out. This is a great service for many reasons. I'm in Canada, and now have access to a wider selection of products that are often really hard to get across the border. Thank you!”

“Great service! Living alone in NYC means that your packages will get stolen 8 out of 10 times. With Stowfly I was able to receive my packages in a secure location where someone is always there to protect it from thieves. Would recommend.”

“I am from Europe and had to order something. Because of this, I paid Maria Begonnia Stowfly in Las Vegas. I‘ve got a message, that my package is delivered on Friday. I went all the way to her (2 hours) and the store was closed before the closing time. When I arrived at Marias on Saturday, she said my package is not here. I saw a package behind her that looked just like mine would look like. I asked her, if she would check this. „No. I only have a package for Peter.“ She said she was on vacation, a thing i would like to have known before booking her service for the same time. She took the payment, but did not inform me about her abscence. I had to take a flight back home on Monday. Maria offered me the possibility to send me my package to Europe and there won‘t be extra cost. I just have to pay $40 to get my package, that already layed behind her. On Sunday I got another Mail, saying my package arrived. I‘ve got the Mail around 2 pm and it said it arrived at 5pm. Durring to the fact, that the post office was closed on Sunday (like Maria herself said to me), she just was to lazy to give me my package or wanted the extra money. Would not recommend it. This Service is not worth a single penny. Had to drive there 3 times to get my package, while my package just laid down behind the woman.”

“Love this service! We live in San Francisco and had several packages stolen (especially brands with names written on the box!) Have started sending them all to a Stowfly location -- and it's so great! Love that I can also buy a one-time package delivery for $4.”

“It was great but it took several days after the tracking number said it was delivered AND I had to reach out before to stowfly to see if it was delivered and as soon as I did I was notified that the package had arrived. Besides that it was a great and affordable experience.”
