I just received my first package since trying your service.
The first package I ordered I received an email that the item was unable to be delivered (thought it was from the format used to write the address. I have been waiting for my refund for that item which was supposedly sent back. To use the 1 credit that I bought from stowfly I did a different order. I went to pick up the order yesterday which was a good experience, but the original order had in fact been delivered. Now I have been charged twice. I am happy that the original item I ordered for pickup was there, but I would not have ordered another package had I known it was delivered. I received an email from the sender saying the item was brought to the post office because it could not be delivered, I also never received an email to pick up that item from Stowfly. I want to like this service, the pickup was straightforward and easy, but now I've been charged twice and I only intended to order one package.
Also, I was supposed to receive a discount for taking a survey and I never did.
