Very bad customer service, the flat iron dose not work properly, the lady who represents the company Natalie works at stapeed Calgary ground alberta Canada claiming she is the manager, very rude, when I bought the product, I've been told that the product has lifevtime warranty but when I asked to change it for me after 2 years ( brand new never used just once) she refused.
Also this lady dose not care about the company reputation because I told her that I am going to write a bad review, she said I do not care.
